BLKbird Ops provides advisory, design, and implementation services related to revenue operations, workflow design, automation, and AI-assisted systems.

BLKbird Ops is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisor. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether any information or services are appropriate for your business and circumstances.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

4. No Commercial Exploitation / No Solicitation

You may not use, copy, analyze, scrape, or derive insights from any content on this Site for the purpose of:

  • Marketing or selling products or services to BLKbird Ops

  • Developing competing or derivative offerings

  • Creating sales, outreach, or prospecting strategies targeted at BLKbird Ops

  • Training or prompting AI systems or models for commercial solicitation or competitive intelligence

Any such use without prior written consent is expressly prohibited and may result in restricted access and legal action where appropriate.

5. Client Engagements

Any services provided by BLKbird Ops are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. These Terms apply only to Site use and general interactions and do not replace or override executed client agreements.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, BLKbird Ops does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or revenue outcomes.

6. AI-Assisted Systems & Third-Party Tools

BLKbird Ops may design workflows that use third-party platforms, APIs, automation tools, and AI services. You acknowledge that:

  • Third-party tools are governed by their own terms and policies

  • BLKbird Ops does not control third-party availability, uptime, or accuracy

  • AI-generated outputs may contain errors and require human judgment

You remain responsible for decisions made based on any outputs or recommendations.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not knowingly disclose it except as required to perform services, with permission, or as required by law. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

8. No Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” BLKbird Ops makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLKbird Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

BLKbird Ops’ total liability arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BLKbird Ops in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLKbird Ops and its officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, where use violates these Terms or creates legal or operational risk. Client termination rights are governed by applicable client agreements.

12. Governing Law
